Esports performance data
A schema-driven database and data pipeline for Maryville University's esports program.
As the esports program's data manager during college, I replaced scattered legacy spreadsheets with one database and the pipeline and dashboards the team used for player performance and strategy.
What I built
- A centralized, schema-driven database in Google Sheets that replaced the legacy spreadsheets.
- An ETL-style pipeline that standardized raw entries into a master data table powering real-time dashboards for player performance and team strategy.
- A Sheets and Python aggregation tool that pulled performance metrics from Discord, tournament APIs, and Twitch so leadership could monitor trends and adjust strategy.
