• ~3,000stores covered
  • 8+account and category managers using it
  • 3–5manual reports replaced
  • 20+stores flagged as missing product

In-store sales and inventory data lived in separate retailer portals. I built a central hub in Google BigQuery that pulls it in through retailer APIs, then connected it to a dashboard that account and category managers use to see what is selling and where product is missing.

What I built

  • API pipelines that bring in-store sales and inventory data from Target, Walmart, and other retailers into Google BigQuery, covering about 3,000 stores and 12 SKUs.
  • A Google Firebase dashboard on top of the hub to track velocity, inventory, and low-stock stores.

Results

  • Used by 8+ key account managers and category managers.
  • Replaced 3–5 manual reports.
  • Flagged 20+ stores that were missing product.
